FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Johns Hopkins Faculty Development Program for Clinician Educators, based in the Division of General Inernal Medicine, offers fellows and faculty intensive longitudinal training in the interpersonal and curriculum development skills need by scholarly teachers. Embedded in the program is an emphasis on working in the context of diversity among colleagues, among students and teachers, and among physicians and patients.
